Last night I decided to order some Oakley sunglasses.
Went through all the delivery/billing details, on to payment details.
After completing this I was sent back to their home page, immediately wondering whether the order had gone through.
Today I get an email saying the order wasn't completed and I will recieve a further 10% if I go ahead with it.
However the payment for the exact amount has been cleared from my bank account.

Available Balance = 900
Could this figure just be earmarked for debit and be returned if nothing happens? or has the amount definitely been taken and paid?
I can't get hold of them until tomorrow now, as I only just got in from work and the actual shop is shut.
