Panasonic TX-P42G30B (Not with 3D)

Simple question really. Does this telly still perform in the price range or are there any better options?

Seen it online for £449.

For that price it is a fantastic buy if you don't want 3d.

yeah, the 3D doesn't appeal just now as it would be an extra £300 on top of that model. Are there many programs / DVDs out just now with 3D?

I bought one last week and it has an amazing picture for the money, when calibrated I have not seen a better picture on an LED or LCD display.

Mine has a bright red stuck pixel dead centre though so trying to return at the mo

3D is really quite sad. It's done nothing for cinema and buying this TV will serve as a welcome protest against it
