That looks quality Bucket. Great lunch! *goes and buys jars*

It's seriously tasty, I took the idea from watching Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall's River Cottage when he made them for a load of Builders I think.

It only takes about 10minutes to do and is great for making the night before and taking to work (Uni in my case!).

1 Quick Cook Egg Noodle Nest
1/2 Stock Cube (Veg/Chicken)
Stir Fry veg - 3x Handfuls (depending on Jar size)
3 Finely Chopped Spring Onions
Grated Garlic - 1 Clove
Grated Ginger - Teaspoon
2 deseeded Chillis - Adjust to your own preference, I use Powder and about 3 teaspoons of that. The kick is what really makes it imo.

Put it all in a jar, boil the kettle, cover it to just above the ingredients and pop the lid on and let it sit for 8-10minutes, pop it up open and put 2 dashes of Soy Sauce in and eat :)

I hope/don't think I've missed anything :)!

You can pretty much chuck whatever you want in really, if you want it like a curry pot noodle etc then just put in the spices accordingly. It's great!

Thats awesome, going to be doing this myself and see how it work out. I'll be using frozen veg I think and just let it thaw while I'm working. :)

Frozen Veg will work, I take frozen stir fry veg out of the freezer and just run it under a cold tap to get all the ice off it and just drain it while I do the rest and it's fine.

Remember to pack it full of big flavours with the chilli, garlic and things, the water/broth is what holds a lot of the flavour too!

If I make another soon I might make a quick how to thread.

The jar is essential! Keeps all the heat in when closing the lid etc.

My Jar only cost me £2.50 or so from Tesco or something I think!

Sunday had a BBQ, so did a side of beef on there with a dry rub.

As well as a million other things I will still be eating for the rest of the week.

Meat was sublime though, fantastic quality.

In bed with your sister
That beef looks gorgeous. Making my mouth water even though I'm full :o

Inspired by Raymond, I had a go at making my own pasta. Sadly, like him, I couldn't roll the pasta thin enough - need to get myself a pasta machine.

I had it with a creamy mushroom sauce and some homemade rosemary, garlic and red onion focaccia. It was all very tasty but would have been better if the pasta had been a bit thinner.

I'll be having dessert shortly. I'm hopeful that's going to be tasty. Will post pics if I'm not too full ;)
