If you were born in her early years, you could argue the point of her having an impact on your employer and you having to get a new job, retrain or move. Fair point, it's not easy or pleasant. If you were in an area (as a baby) hit by depravity then you'd still have the same opportunities as one not-hit in regards to education and healthcare. I'm not going to argue that some places were awash with opportunity or are, but you can always move to one that does.
You can, but it's not much use to those who find themself trapped in those sort of circumstances through no awareness or fault of themself.
I don't think those in depravity had the same opportunity as those in wealth, it isn't only about the services of education and health that impact on sections of society.
I'm not saying personal advancement is automatically impossible because of it, quite the opposite, but it certainly wasn't and still isn't a level playing field.
