1 Billion is one heck of an achievement but we have also lost 43 active members since July so the least i can do is the news on a weekly basis.

Normal service is resumed and have not ruled out bribery in the form of a competition to garner new members and old.

News section will be as per normal next week, your thanks for doing the news is appreciated but not neccesary what we need is support for the thread to keep interest going. So even if you swing by once a week to say "oops i left my child at Tesco" or "i yawned today" its support of a kind now what can you do?

Thanks for the news. Damn, my RAC is in free fall, not enough time in the house ATM and the missus will kill me if I leave them on while I'm out.

FluffySheep

Not that i understand how to but is it not possible to remote start a program etc and just make sure your the last one out of the door on a morning :)

Problem is my wife is a stay at home lady, and add on top of that pregnancy hormones leads to me to a very sticky wicket to be stood on

The loft and garage are your friends. Especially now the cold is settling in

Good stuff! Nice to see the WUs are being sent out better too, my main rig hasn't run out for a while.

Got a few upgrades on the way, namely a 2nd 670 GTX for my rig and finally bought a 660 GTX for my sons system so I should be working my way up nicely.

Was quite shocked when I noticed the power draw on my i3 2100 only being around 30W on full load too? Just need a new 1155 motherboard with onboard graphics so I can setup my server/HTPC and that's another machine in the loop.

Hi Toxic - thanks for the news & the interesting character:eek: I contributed about 0.572% to the Billion if my maths is correct:)

Please add me to the SETI single PC league. Although this 3rd 560Ti is a strange beast needs more volts 0.025 & while it will run @ 940 with F@H will occasionally crap out at 920 with SETI:( Away next week & doesn't trust it to Boinc stably while I'm away so will be running F@H instead.

Welcome back Tony.

Finally got another 470 for my second rig and my RAC is back up to 100k. I feel proud of myself even if Mr Loudbob's morning flatulence crunches more than both my rigs put together :D

Wb TT.
since all my rigs seem to have work now, and my RAC has gone just slightly higher than kolala's, I issue a fair warning PARP! in my effort to get back into the top 10.

The loft and garage are your friends. Especially now the cold is settling in

Surely in terms of heating the house this wnter, the basement is a better option?
or better yet, under the bathroom floor....lol....edit: now where did i read that watercooling radiator that was put into the cistern of the toilet.
