I love how so many people are talking themselves out of it, just because they've had to wait a week!
No luck here yet, I guess they've got until the end of the week to get it despatched so it arrives within the magical 1-2 weeks window.

Well my 5:07pm 16gb 1-2 week shipment order is still pending no money taken. We'll just have to wait and see what happens...

Same.

My bloated orange one was flashed with the factory ROM nd it tells me to update everyday (I haven't ever updated it since I first got it).

Hi Adam,

Thanks for contacting Google. I understand you have concerns about your order. I'd be happy to help you out. According to your receipt, your estimated delivery date is 3-5 business days.

Orders are shipped based on the estimate in your order confirmation email. Once an order has been processed you'll receive a second ship confirmation email, after which it will take an additional two business days for your order to be delivered.

Upon receiving your shipping confirmation email, you'll be given a UPS tracking number that will assist you in determining your package's estimated delivery date. You can track your UPS delivery by providing this tracking number at http://www.ups.com/tracking/tracking.html

For more information on shipping and delivery, please see this article in our help center:

If you need any further assistance, feel free to respond directly to this email or visit our help center at:

Hi Nicole,

Thanks for the reply, do you have an update on when orders are starting to be shipped? It has now been five business days since I ordered.

Thanks

Hi Adam,

Thanks for letting me know. I will forward your case to a specialist and you should get an update on the investigation soon as you should have gotten your device by now.

Whatever that means, hope I get it soon!

Your mind is going to be blown.

Mine was when coming from a Samsung Galaxy S II. I also had a Desire before that, so I can relate! Text is so much clearer!

I'm coming from a "Legend" so looking forward to my mind being blown. Going to have to be a bit more careful with the Nexus though, I could hammer a nail in with my legend it's that 'ard.

A few 1-2 week people have posted on hotukdeals saying they've called Google and have been told their phones will ship in Feb!
Sounds about right. There is quite a backlog of 3-7 week orders to clear first!

I'm just going to keep my fingers crossed. My Nillkin case should arrive from Hong Kong in 2-5 weeks. Would be nice if there was a phone to fill it.

I installed the custom HBOOT (I think, it was quite a while ago) that uses the memory card for data storage. Works like a charm and never had any space problems since. It is however unbelievably laggy these days.

Sometimes my phone grinds to a complete halt when typing text messages on it, then it all comes out in one go and I have to impatiently edit any mistakes i've made there and then...really quite jarring. It's just laggy in general though.
