get widget locker and the tesla plugin for WL and nova, then you can have a completely custom lock screen which will give you missed call/email/text notifications on the lockscreen and in nova

just a shame they haven't got tesla plugin to work with whatsapp

Does anyone use pattern lock with Widgetlocker? do they play nice?

i did for all of 1 minute; you do the pattern unlock, then you have to unlock with WL iirc (might be the other way round). so if you have music playing, you have to go through 3 screens before you get to the desktop. screw that!
