I did have a look.. but anything I would buy I already own (Crysis, Battlefield, ME series etc). Not keen on EAs approach these days so I am considering a boycott anyway :)

Just look at all those devalued IP's - I bet EA will have something to say about this sale; considering how opposed they are to devaluing IP's with cheap sales a'la Steam.

Wait - Origin, you say? Oh.

Hypocrites.

My gripe with Origin is the severe lack of security. Otherwise, i find it ok to be fair. Had it not been for Battlefield 3 however, i wouldn't have opted to use it.

Good few deals, but i'll pass on this one.

Well apart fom it being another games client, not overly bothered with Origin. I don't think its anywhere near what Steam is, even when Steam was in its early days.

Origin to me is like any other app I guess, you need it sometimes but i'd prefer not to use it. I have to use Windows as nearly all my games need Windows to run, I need Origin as I needed it to play BF3.

I also got a copy of Crysis 2, Fifa 13 and Burnout Paradise (got this for free) on Origin so I do have some games for Origin but like I say, not a client or platform I'd use unless I really needed to..

Wasn't it EA who said sales are not good for PC gamers as it devalues games? When they had a pop at Steam for their frequent sales? Hmmm anyhow, this sale isn't much good TBH not a lot there, so nothing I'd buy that i've not got, or might have got if it was on Steam - maybe.
