Red Pixels all over screen problem?

Hi, Recently Ive been getting random Red pixels over screen literally 100's. It happens randomly and then clears as if to reset. Ive tried the usual

Swapped both cards over and check seated and plugged in correctly
Watched temps 36deg in windows 58deg in game.
My system temps remain in 20's and cpu 40's
(confident its not over hearting)
Cleared drivers and installed new, even roll back drivers
Tried just one card, reset everything to default

It happens in win and ingame dissapears as random as when it starts. it been fine for 6+ months, no change n now it started.

I have 2x HIS 6850 pro ICEQ TurboX
Bulldozer, 8gb ram

any ideas?

Give the gpu a bump in memory voltage or downclock the memory and see if it clears
