Yeah its a problem with pretty much anywhere not just OCUK worst is when retailers try to charge us a surcharge for posting to NI

Totally agree, though to be fair to OCUK some of the other etailers postage prices aren't far off with the exception of one that's very cheap postage prices but its not a dedicated tech retailer

Have you linked your forum account to your shop account?

Also are you trying to use the 7.5% off code.

The bad news is this code cannot be used in conjunction with FREE shipping, unfortunately we don't make enough margin to allow both discounts to function at same time.

I've been here how long and never realised they did free shipping for loyal forum members! Updated customer account now.

Although I do normally visit the shop anyway, but sometimes its more practical to have stuff ordered due to opening times as otherwise I only have Saturday afternoon spare.

Just ordered a Dell U2412, bargain at £184.99, doubt that would be suitable for free shipping anyway from the look of previous posts. This Week only, plus 7.5%, plus free shipping would be insane

my free shipping option seems to also have disapearred, was pricing up some bitfenix cables and when it came to the cart, it didn't show any sort of option O.o hmms strange
