Check the fork/frame will take it. Each increase in rotor size is said to give a 30% increase in power.
Either that or change to Shimano brakes
Frame is a Morewood Shova and forks are Talas 32's, I'm a bit of a heavy rider too so reckon 200 should be alright.

Doesn't look that bad bit of paint and filler, but I think he needs to buy a hoover and less bike bits.
