Currently own a Nikon d3100. This stuff is generally all manual from what I can tell. What to do with all this then? Is it any good?

Run some film through it, develop it, enjoy the pictures.
Ricoh film cameras were excellent.

Cheap/decent places to develop? Last time I did this I must have been 10 with a disposable camera.

Forgive my ignorance, but what does an 'ISO' button do on a film camera?

edit: ah, just tells the camera the film speed?
