Hello,

I need a professional-looking web forum so that all
members in our block of flats have a virtual meeting place
to discuss maintenance issues etc.

I don't know where to start however.
Could someone point me in the right direction?

I like Simple Machines, open source.

phpbb3 I think is the more popular one these days, but I never used it in anger.

Used to have invision power board before it went paid route. Was also pretty good.
