I ordered a Canyon Strive AL 9.0 SL 4 weeks ago which arrived on Wednesday

Buying experience for me was problem free. I ordered online after using their size guide. I spoke to the sales/service guy as i had a query about the sizing who was helpful. I was given a delivery date of week 29 (5 week wait) as they had none in stock. They make them in batches. It was delivered a week early.

I have been for a few brief rides, nothing major yet. I'm loving the bike and its so much different to what I was previously riding.

I was in line for a strive but canyon kept messing me around with delivery dates.. Ended up going for a Cube instead..

At the moment I'll go as far as a CX but no further. I'm tempted by a 29er hard tail occasionally.

Roadies always look miserable. Very few reply back when you say morning upon passing them on a country lane.
