50mm is a no-brainer, at least on Canon - the plastic fantastic is about £80, f1.8 and performs fantastically well. I'd imagine there's a Nikon equivalent.

35mm is a bit more flexible on a crop body, but you need a big aperture to give you the same subject/background separation as a 50mm f1.8. Unfortunately there's no big aperture 35mm on the market in the same price range as the 50mm.

Get a 50mm for sure, they're fun to use.

40mm pancake is also quite nice :) not as fast but sharp

I would defi Italy pick the d90 over the d80 or d200.

I would also look at the D5100. The camera is a lower end model but a generation newer and so the sensor is quite a bit better, basically as good as the best sensors you can buy today. The d5100 won't auto focus with older lenses but this is pretty academic because you won't buy the old lenses.

The D5100is the only camera you have listed that does video properly.
The D90 can record video but it is not very good since it was the first DSLR in the world to allow video.
