Best app for Media streaming on iPad

I've got a load of films I've ripped to my NAS for viewing on my iPad - I was just wondering if there was any good apps for this?

I've had a look around and VLC seems to tick all the right boxes but refuses to load the files.

I use AirVideo, works great. Need to install the server program on the 'content box' though so check it will run from your NAS, I run mine from a Windows Server.

AirVideo works great so long as you have a PC running connected to the NAS.

I can't install anything on my nas unfortunately

Hi Mate

With Air Video you install the server software on your PC and the choose with HD you want to share with Air Video.

Then go on your ipad start Air Video and your drives that you have shared will show up in the left.
