Anybody been to the Dr Who Experience in Cardiff?

I thought it was ok. The costumes and props are really interesting, the "ride" at the end wasn't up to much in my opinion. That said I went when it was in London, not sure if it has been updated at all since then.

There's plenty of mutants in Cardiff city centre anyway, just hang around there for a while... With a new York Deli; Omninom.

Yes went this year - kids loved it and if you ever watched the old DW then you will see some of the original stuff. A bit out of the way and you are looking at 2-3 hours of your time depending if you want to ready every note on every bit of costume or prop. Shop a bit expensive at the end but a fairly cheap day out given we went for a bit of shopping after

Went up on the last friday of halfterm, very enjoyable. nice walk through tour (scared the heck out of our 9 year old, she doesn't like daleks!) and seeing the props afterwards was cool.
Coupled with a couple hours at Techniquest and it was a very nice day out.
