New PSU required

My Zalman GT 600W is almost 6 yrs old so I'm thinking about replacement. My requirements are:
At least 600W
Size: 160mm
Semi or fully modular
Stealth (ribboned) cables
Price under £100 (ideally cheaper than £80).

I was looking at Corsair RM650W, is there anything else I should consider?

The feature I like that Corsair RM650 has is that all cables are "stealth". The biggest issue I had with Define R3 is that 24pin cable is to thick and hard to route behind motherboard tray.

nothing wrong with the rm 650 using it now and its great very quiet and the fan doesnt spin all the time
