How about this for a more rounded build.
Dropped down one notch on the CPU, up one the GPU and grabbed a more reliable PSU:

YOUR BASKET
1 x HIS Radeon R9 270X IceQ BOOST 2048MB GDDR5 PCI-Express Graphics Card £149.99
1 x AMD Piledriver FX-6 Six Core 6300 Black Edition 3.50GHz (Socket AM3+) Processor - Retail £89.99
1 x SuperFlower Golden Green HX 450W "80 Plus Gold" Power Supply - Black £53.99
Total : £303.56 (includes shipping : £8.00).

Add an extra £30 if you can for a reasonably capable CPU cooler and you should be able to get a nice overclock on the 6300.

Budget is now only £400, i have came across these parts, the CPU has an onboard IGP, the HD 8570D, so with a HD 6670 Graphics Card aswell.

Its for gaming mainly and doing basic graphic desgin, it dosent need to run BF4 on ultra high settings or anything like that.
