I love RVP as a player and understand the concerns of a player approaching 30 but Ronaldo is truly something else.

With his age we'd be stupid to pay more than 30. Real paid 80 million, but have had 5 amazing seasons, that's 16 mill a season or 0.48mill per goal.
If we bought him for over 30 million we'd end up paying more per season than real to buy someone who has already peaked and is on the way down. It would be retarded.

Ronaldo seems to be the type of player that thrives on the attention being one of the best players in the world commands. As soon as his pace starts to drop off and he stops being the devastating player he is now I think he'll lose interest and take up gay porn or something.
