after seeing yaya's goal today and others, i'd say yaya. never goes missing, like suarez did today.

Yaya does goes missing sometimes...He did in the FA cup final last season for example.

Suarez has also picked up the Football Writers award with over 50% of the votes. Gerrard was 2nd and Toure 3rd.

I was pretty surprised Gerrard was up there. Scoring penalties obviously registers quite highly on a voters ballot these days.

Suarez deserved it. Yaya second.

Bar those two, no one has really impressed me this season. They stand out a mile.
I'd have had Henderson for young player mind, and he wasn't even nominated.

I'd also have Pulis for Manager of the Year with Rodgers 2nd.

If I was to vote it would be for Gerrard as his slip giving us a goal seconds before half time was the highlight of my season.

I'm not voting though as I cannot tick a box next to that miserable ******* name.

According to Mourinho Dzeko deserved it ahead of Suarez
