Btw, the embargo didn't last long as in November 1988 David Gilmour and Nick Mason of Pink Floyd (on the list) were invited by Kreml to visit Baikonur Cosmodrome and witness Russian/French rocket launch and shortly later Russian national label "Melodia" bought license to release Pink Floyd's "Delicate Sound Of Thunder" across entire eastern bloc...
