It probably is rather difficult considering the huge differences in architecture, and the fact that originally the game was coded specifically to maximise the ability of the PS3.

Update: Sony has provided IGN with the following statement: As we’ve announced, The Last of Us Remastered for PS4 will release this summer. An official release date, though, has not yet been announced for the game. The release date is not June 13th

Really want to play through this again. Traded it in as soon as I completed it without trying the harder difficultys.
