So, what you're saying is, both of these scenarios have a reasonable degree of likelihood of occurring for you in your life before you get the chance to appeal them or get them removed or whatever?

And if he changes his mind, how on earth will that help you? This isn't mumsnet, our love and support isn't the point (or even remotely likely). Get some legal advice and write to your MP, may do no good but it certainly won't be as pointless as posting about it here.
