What's this under my floorboards in the conservatory?

Yesterday I ripped up part of floorboards in the conservatory. I wish I hadn't bothered but that's another story. Glued to the underneath of the chipboard flooring is some kind of foam insulation approximately 30mm high. I can't reuse what was under there before, so looking for a like for like replacement. I imagine the conservatory is 5-10 years old so hopefully easy to replace. Anyone have any ideas?

Struggling to find anywhere to supply this, seems it's a trade product and minimums apply etc. Could I not buy insulation and glue it to the chipboard?

Wish I had never bothered with this now!
