Cos, I'm assuming you've cribbed those best and worst case scenarios from the BBC but do you agree with them?

I mean Ajax didn't even get out of their group last season and I'm not sure if I'd rather be up against PSG, Dortmund or Juve.

Chelsea Website said:
For the 12th consecutive season, the name of Chelsea will be joined by 31 others for the Champions League group stage draw, which takes places in Monaco this afternoon (Thursday).

It is due to start at 4.45pm UK time. We will again take our place in Pot 1 – which contains the eight top-seeded teams - and we will be joined in the group by one team from Pots 2, 3 and 4.

We cannot play any team in Pot 1 so that rules out holders Real Madrid, fellow Spanish sides Barcelona and Atletico Madrid, the Portuguese pair of Benfica and Porto as well as Bayern Munich.

We also cannot play any team from the same country until the quarter-final stage meaning we will avoid Arsenal, who are also in Pot 1, as well as Manchester City (Pot 2) and Liverpool (Pot 3), in today’s draw.

Why do they do the draw like this? What's wrong with just putting everyone in a pot and choosing randomly?

Yup, that was from the BBC. I'd also prefer not to face Ajax, being Dutch champions they will be a handful. Out of pot 2 I think that Juve will be the team to avoid. Dortmund won't be much better and I'd rather face PSG out of that lot. We'll know soon enough!
