Hi there

Well everyone knows how memory prices have rocketed and how most of our competitors are selling 8GB 1600MHz kits for around £65.

Well we will do you those kind of prices, but on 2400MHz kits and faster, because OcUK OWNS our competitors. ;)

Team Xtreem LV is the most popular overclocking and gaming gear in the LAN party. Based on the memory architecture evolution on Intel Core i7, Team raises the frequency of the Xtreem LV DDR3 by 20% from 2000MHz to 2400MHz. Also, by continuing the high frequency and low latency tradition of the Xtreem LV memory, the Xtreem LV DDR3 2400 can fully display the configuration 9-11-11-28 (tCL-tRCD-tRP-tRAS) at a low operating voltage at 1.65V without sacrificing either performance or stability. All these have witnessed the extraordinary R&D capacity and capability of Team. In addition to the unchanged genuine chip policy, Team ensures chip quality with the exclusive sorting technology to screen chips. In order to further ensure the optimal performance and flawless quality of the Xtreem LV DDR3 2400, Team applies the 24-hour burn-in test and industry-approved MemTest software to perform the OQC inspection of all modules before shipping to assure the stability and exceptional performance of every Xtreem LV DDR3 2400. The Xtreem LV DDR3 2400 from Team has a conventional 8-layered PCB design and is covered with the X-mark heat-sink labeled for the Xtreem series. In addition to the clean appearance as found in all Team Xtreem memory modules, a groove has been added to the heat-sink for power users to install fans on top to enhance ventilation. So why buy the regular stuff when you can have the best IC and best performance and remember you could simply downclock these modules to 1600-1866MHz and run them at C7-C9. :)

These prices go up next week or when stock runs out, whichever comes sooner. A real bargain here guys, you only have to look at what our competitors sell 2400-2666MHz for, they are a good £20-£30 more than us.

Yeah just noticed this too.
I am just about to hit buy on this well timed as I am after 16gb.
Although I was wondering whether the slower timings would make any difference, is this why its a good price ?

From what I have noticed most 2400+ ram is Cas 10 or Cas 11. The faster the better really but for this price it can't be beat. a lot of 2400 Cas 11 are £20-40 more.

All the G.Skill RAM is missing from that menu too for some reason.

Thanks :)

not impressed with the TeamGroup Xtreem LV 16GB (2x8GB) DDR3 PC3-21300C11 2666MHz Dual Channel Kit (TXD316G2666HC11CDC01) @ £113.99 inc VAT

Used it with my Gigabyte Z97X Gaming 7 and it wouldnt post. Error code was C0 which said reserved. Put my Corsair XMS3 1600mhz back in and it booted no probs. Tried the Teamgroup ram in a Lenovo desktop and got 3 short beeps and 1 long beep which means DRAM Fault/Error so looks like I got a faulty kit. Asked OCUK for a RMA.

Now I need to find some more RAM!
