Sun was out proper today so had a decent chance to clean it. First time I've been able to get a clay bar on it & I think it's a case of if rather than when it has even been done before. Managed to get some of the finer swirls out but ideally needs a good machine polish to get it looking spot on. Stupid black cars.

What did you use for lubricant when you clayed your car?

RX8 - 3 New tyres, oil and filter change, MOT.

Insignia - oil and filter change.

Mk1 golf 2.0 - Spent yet more money on parts. Started on fitting fuel tank, lines and pump. I can see it finally being started for the first time since my ownership of 2 years soon!

Installed some LED rear indicators. Not quite as bright as the original ones but they should be fine, still plenty visible in daylight, just need to see if they're still bright enough to stand out at night against the rear reds.
