Exactly that, I knew I wanted one before but when I got one it seems like a bike should never ever come without one. I wouldn't now own a bike without.

You'll find out though after a few rides how much you want one!

Yes you can, however it depends on

a) Whether the retailer will offer this
b) Whether your employer will alllow it.

Don't know if it applies to cycle2work vouchers, but there is a 13% flash sale at Halfords website until 2pm.
