Windows 8 key won't work.

I bought Windows 8 on 7/11/12 when it was £24.99 online but the CD Key I got no longer works. I used it for about a year then went back to windows 7 but now I want to give it another try. I've tried it numerous times, tried changing b's to 8's but nothing works. I wrote it down in clear block letters/numbers so it is a correct key.

Any idea what I can do?

you have to call up and do the online activation because you have already used it.

right click computer, go to propertys and click activate at the bottom, if it fails will will tell you a number to call.

Get a more up to date Windows 8 ISO. KIA has posted links to them recently. The newer ones work with the £24.99 keys. I had to call MS to activate, but it did work during install.

They did email out the keys originally IIRC, so check your emails for the 100% correct code.
