Can I repair my Lenovo OneKey Recovery?

I wasn't sure whether to post here or in Windows/Software.

Basically, I'm selling my younger Brothers Lenovo Y510P and he has wiped the recovery partition.

I'm fine re-installing Windows 8.1 from USB, but because I am selling it I want the OneKey recovery to work - does anyone know if there is a way i can fix the OneKey recovery and if so how?

you would need the original factory restore discs which are probably only available from lenovo.
