Recommend me a sat nav!

My garmin 40lm has bricked it self, I have no idea what would be a good replacement. Has anyone got any recommendations on what to look at? I have a budget of around £100-£130.

What do you want.. screen size, traffic, lifetime maps,Bluetooth etc?

Cant use my phone due to living in the countryside. Not looking for anything fancy just one with speed cameras on it. maybe hands free if its not to expensive

Assuming you have an offline map based software for it, yes.

I'm not sure phones even use real GPS, they may use the phone masts to work out their position :/

They use a combination of both in most situations (aGPS). However most phones can also rely on just a GPS signal as well. More modern phones also support GLONASS as well as GPS.
