hi
i have an HP sleek-book 15 with windows 8 pre-installed, this morning it would not boot displaying the preparing automatic repair on the bottom of the screen.
The problem is it will not repair the corrupted files instead I'm faced with a blank screen, i made up a boot USB stick to try and reinstall windows enabling all the set-points in the BIOS but again it will not even attempt to boot or reinstall and i'm just faced with a blank screen every time.
any help would be appreciated.
