What PSU is your spare(the 550w)? It shoudl be able to run the 780 (unclocked) pretty contently.

As for upgrades, The case is personal. If youhappy with your HAF, keep it. If you do wanta different case we can suggesta few alternitives.

GPU wise, 980. a good 40% jump.
