I'm after a simple wordpress menu plugin that has some requirements.
1, Can choose which pages to have the menu on or not
2, Can set when the menu appears under what pixel resolution
3, Can choose an icon someone has to press/click to open the menu navigation but be able to set that at different locations on the page (i'm wanting to put the menu expand icon normally 3 horizontal stripes at the bottom right hand of my page).
I can't seem to find a plugin that does all 3? Any help would be appreciated thanks.
