Just looking at Checkout as a Channel Islands customer. Does not seem to remove VAT on Checkout overview page. Will it be deducted prior payment or not?

Edit - Worked it out. Account migration did not bring Jersey over properly in address entries. Changed to Jersey and Zero Rate VAT now properly reflected.

Bodging a let's face it, ugly new site then asking for help to fix it from your customers all seems a bit school web project.

Get it done once and get it done right. If that means paying more for specialists because your in-house devs are, erm, still learning the ropes, then so be it.

All in my completely irrelevant opinion of course.

This website isn't finished, it shouldn't be live yet. You should have made a subdomain and got the forum members to test it before this.

The design isn't responsive, you seriously need to fix that or you're losing money. I can't guess how many of the visitors are on mobile, but I currently get between 40-60% of the visitors to my sites on mobile devices. If they can't use the site then they will just go somewhere else.

The site on mobile works but you have to play around to much. Its well below mobile standards
If I read right their a "mobile version" of the site coming if this an app or different site you redirect to for mobiles then your doing it wrong. Everyone hates mobile sites they have to learn another new site. Its not hard to optmize the current site for mobile. Long, yes easy? Fairly

New site is cack.

What is OCUK Extra and OCUK World? Why do I care about that as a new customer? It catches the eye and is confusing.

Why are there two menu bars near the top sharing the same content?

You've got 'Find a brand' but also the 'Flagship Brandstores' both at the bottom of the page. You have 'Top Brands' on the left already. Get rid of the 'Flagship Brandstores' and the 'Top Categories' at the bottom, you don't need either.

Get rid of all the spiel from the heading 'Overclockers UK – Your online store for PC hardware & PC Gaming systems' and down including the YouTube video.

'OcUK - The Specialist in Gaming PCs & Laptops, PC Hardware and PC Cases' - these three expandable lists, they should be closed by default.

I could go on, and on. As many others have said here, take a hint and bin this new site. It's an absolute cluster ****. Revert back to the old one and in the mean time do yourselves a favour and part with some cash and employ a few pro's.

Way too busy. It has too many menus to start with. The navigation elements are dominating the pages instead of campioning the content. This is not a good reflection of your brand at all, it cheapens and weakens your brand considerably.

If you asked visitors to list what they thought of OCUK as a company based on the website you'd be surprised at the negativity.

I'll start the list, let's continue it honestly.

1. Disorganised
2. Amateur
3. Out of touch

I miss the basket list on the right hand side too, big negative that. You have to open the basket to see what you have added. To be honest you need to open a new tab to carry on shopping..

Reading the comments here I'm glad I'm not the only one who doesn't like the new site.

The old one was simply easier to use, had a more elegant design, and didn't have all that social media rubbish cluttering up the joint :p

Change is fine, but not all change is positive. The new site is miles worse than the old one.
