New Monitor Advice

Looking for a new monitor currently use a LG 20 inch 720p its time for a upgrade, been out the loop so not sure what I need. I don't game anymore but I do like to watch blu rays on my PC us well us catch up TV so really would like good picture quality. Any advice us there seems so much choice now days?

What size and budget do you have?

24 inch seems big enough budget is £250 max including delivery

Cant see any reason why the 25" above wont work for you.
