Super Low Budget £300 help spec a system.

OK so budget is £300 I know it is low but that is best I can do. I am after a system new, refurb or used....that will be ok to do the following things.

Play Minecraft and Sims 4
Photoshop
Basic Video editing
Stream and play games via Xbox on it.
Capture gameplay from Xbox via an elgato card.

Have seen a few on the fleabay but I really have no idea on specs really and could not say if an i5 3750 is better than an AMD A8 etc etc.

Any help appreciated.

The below was the sort of standard for a budget gaming system a while back, you may be able to find some components cheaper elsewhere though.

Not sure if you need an operating system though?

The Intel stock cooler will be fine for mild overclocking, and you can upgrade the cooler, add an SSD and such later if required.
