New PC for about £450

Hi All,

My brother is looking for a gaming pc and was wondering if he would be able to get something for around the £450 mark (he would need a monitor + operating system as well)

He wants to be able to play football manager and some of the total war games.

He'd like to be able to upgrade the gfx card in the future (if possible)

Any help would be appreciated.

DO you need an OS? Monitor? Keyboard, etc?

You would be better of building it yourself os and monitor included which would leave you £300 for the base unit.

I would get this and add a decent gpu at a later date.

Football Manager will be no problem. Total War will probably be difficult. But I think Micky's suggestion is a good plan unless you can source a better second-hand PC. He can start saving up for a decent GPU (something like AMD 370/Nvidia 950 and upwards) instead of wasting money on a poor one right now.

No need for an optical drive, and you'll need to add a keyboard and mouse.

But the onboard graphics will be very disappointing.
