The RX100 is an excellent travelling camera, very small and compact. I love mine.
The Sony A6000 offers more of a "system" choice of mirrorless. Still smaller than the Canon 70D, smaller, lighter lenses, and more versatile (oppinion based) than the RX100.
If money was no object and you want a top end system to buy into thent he Sony A7Rmk2 is excellent. But costs more, a lot more. And the lenses are bigger.
