Strange. You assembling it on a tabletop or in the case?

Sounds like the only thing you haven't tried is the CPU...

Originally was all in case - but now that i changed literally everything its half in the case and half hanging out... lol

Ye CPU is literally the only thing I haven't tried, would a CPU failure potentially be causing this? I'm guessing so as im literally out of ideas on what else it could be.

Again, thanks for all the responses thus far.

EDIT1 Just tried the spare PSU again - same thing happening.
EDIT2 Ordered CPU - its the only thing left to try.

It must be your CPU am afraid.

as you have tried...

New motherboard
Different PSU
On board graphics

It could the one in a million faulty CPU`s.

Check the CPU and socket make sure nothing is a strange colour or looks out of place.
A magnifying glass will help.

Try without the case, just board, PSU and HD get it as basic as you can to allow booting and see if it still happens. If it does still happen your CPU is dead. :(

It was running @ 4.4 its entire life, stock volts IIRC, once I had overclocked it i left it (not rly much of a tweaker when it comes to overclocking.) Purchase date was October 2014 and yes I am going to RMA it.
