OSX Business Antivirus/Malware

Currently our systems are manually (as often as i can which isn't enough tbh) scanned, using AdwareMedic and ClamAV, but due to a recent malware infected Mac and a few infected MS Office docs hitting our storage servers (kindly sent in via a client), i'm wanting to put something that's a bit more substantial and scale-able in place especially as the business is starting to grow.
Plus the recent ransomware outbreaks has got me a little antsy with regards to Mac protection (OSX is an increasing targeting etc).

I've seen Sophos cloud based offering that seems ideal, and McAfee do something similar but has anyone got any decent recommendations (hands-on experience) for antivirus/malware (+ ransomware) solutions for an entirely Mac based SMB?

Much appreciated for any help :)

We use sophos for the macs in my work and it works reasonably well, very low resource overheads and little maintenance needed by the user. Not sure how it handles malware/ransomware
