How many days off work do you get a year?

None/As many as I am prepared to lose money for.

Such is the mixed blessing of self employment.

I haven't had, what most people might think of as, a "Holiday" in 15 years!

20 days plus B/holidays , 3 days taken as compulsory over Xmas.

12 years service and no extra days .

On the up side I went sick for 1 day earlier in the year for the first time in that 12 years and got paid .

25% annual bonus if I hit target though makes up for it .

Probably around 75 or so. But then I'm a teacher, so I always take work home with me and most definitely work more than 38 hours a week!

74 days off, work shifts 4 days on & 3 days off plus 24 days holiday on top of that, now if they'd just pay me better it would be the ideal job. :p

21 + BH and the company dictates annual leave to be taken over Xmas when office is shut. Can't carry anything over. :(
