I never even knew that option existed, sounds awesome! I might be on tonight, not sure. Depends on how the wife is feeling after what can only be described as a rough day yesterday. I might take her out for dinner or something, will see how it goes.
I know I'm good with Roadhog, it's a side effect of playing 37 hours as Roadhog, with only three hours on the next most played character. I've had a few "fan mails" from people whilst playing as him too
I don't often brag but I am a bit of a beast with that piggy.
Are you sure you would want to pick that option as it may mean not being piggy. Though knowing you, you would luck in to being piggy and then no-one would be able to kill you
I have been playing more as tracer recently and really quite enjoying it. Her movement takes some getting used to however if you get behind enemies then you can cause havoc Even if you don't have enough firepower to take down enemies you can draw in 2 or 3 players in to trying to kill you and keep teleporting here, there and everywhere.Another Destiny night for me again though if I get done with that early enough I will be jumping on Overwatch though I think you added Marly so he can drag in everyone else if you need to make up some numbers.

I agree though what makes this great IMO is the balance. Reinhardt is fantastic, especially when it comes to escorting the package. However you need the support there too to stop the enemy taking down your shield or getting behind you.
Yeah there is a decent number of people playing. I am trying to split my time between this and Destiny but never hard to get a group of 4 players together. Though recently we have been 2 parties or like last night went in a private match and played against each other due to there being so many of us.

I am looking to do some competitive as I hit 25 over the weekend. I need to do my placement matches at some point but always good to have more people to play with so will drop you a request in a bit.

mmmmmmmmm bacon. I think I am following you playing one character. Tracer by far has become my favourite character, especially as she is pretty good at taking down piggy's
Got 3 of my placement matches done last night and got 2 wins and disconnected from PSN on the third so that's a loss
second match was fun though, having to escort the payload and 3 of us were Reinhart. A bit of a battle to get out the door in the first place but one the payload was moving they couldn't do anything to stop us Healer/Sniper... long range support which is quite interesting. Be cool so see her on Kings Row etc healing from the tower to point.

New character could be really overpowered if they are not careful. The mix of hero's they have are surprisingly balanced, I hope they don't wreck it with new ones.

Anyone else find it hard to try out other characters and give it enough time to get use to them? I'm really struggling and also tend to go back to my trusted Soldier 76 or Lucio purely for the fact I've played and got used to them since day one.

I hope that as they have got the base game so balanced that any addition characters will face the same game testing so will fit in without being OP.
Yes and no. My favourite was Soldier 76 but recently has become tracer just for how much fun it is tie up multiple players who can't kill me
Though tracer needs support as it is hard to kill the tanks solo so with randoms I often find myself having to change to Reinhart, Bastion or the dwarf (Trobjorn?)

Indeed, I am genuinely surprised this game isn't more popular. Unlike other games (CoD, BF, Destiny etc.) I don't find Overwatch rage inducing and unlike those games, Overwatch characters and weapons are perfectly balanced IMO.

Yeah the balance is great in this game, every hero as a good counter nothing runs unchecked. I need to spend more time on Overwatch TBH, think after the next raids I'm gonna stop destiny cold turkey till the next patch.
