What's the max oc on the palits? I have so far achieved +200 on the core and +700 on the memory without any crashes or artifacting. It may go further.

The highest I get without artefacts on default voltages is about 2050, on 1.09v about 2113, in the latter case tho I definitely cannot keep it at that speed it TDP throttles. Also I dont run it like that when casually gaming, as I think running right at the limit I can get in benches with no artefacts is asking for trouble, so I have it lower to have a buffer for stability reasons, so at stock voltage 2038 and 2070 for 1.09v range.

If you asking what I get as an offset, then nowhere near +200, as it clocked over 2000 out of the box, if I set +200 it would be running at 2200+ clocks.

What memory? the Samsungs seem to do anything from upper +600 through to around +1000 but I don't think you can get the Micron cards in general above +400 fully stable.

I've not tried pushing the core but got 2100 fairly much sustained with a minor voltage bump - I suspect it won't go much further though as I'm fairly close to the limits of things i.e. running out of TDP headroom without an uprated BIOS.

Been playing around with my Inno3D iChill Air Boss X3 1070 today to see what it can clock to. Stock clocks are Core Clock: 1620MHz, Boost Clock: 1822 MHz and Memory: 8200 MHz but it boosts to 2012mhz anyway. By maxxing out the power bar slider in afterburner to 110% I can get +115 on the core for a max of 2114Mhz and a whopping +850 on the memory (Samsung) for 4957mhz (9914mhz). Having it under water doesn't seem to have made much difference to this card probably due to the cooler being so good in the first place. I am extremely pleased with it though.

The backplate is pretty solid but the cooler is just too heavy to be fully supported by one end. I'm using a cable tie to anchor it to the rear of the case.

Getting lower and chopier framerate in World of Warcraft than I did on my GTX 760. I thought the new drivers released yesterday would fix the issue but they haven't done a single thing.

What settings are you using? Since the Legion patch they have adjusted the graphics settings to a slider bar which goes up to 10. The old Ultra settings are actually 7 so if you're using anything above that expect lower frame rates. With my 1070 at 2.1ghz and a 6600K at 4.5ghz I still get drops to around 30 fps at 1440p 2xMSAA with the graphics slider at 10 when doing the Legion invasions with lots of people and spells etc. You take a massive performance hit for not a lot of extra graphics quality. I've dropped back to 7 and just moved the view distance back up to 10 and now only drop to around 50fps instead which is much nicer

The game is still pretty poorly optimised though when other games sail along at 100fps+ and look a lot better! I guess it is pretty old these days though so you can't expect too much.

Like one guy I saw was Pasty Smasher/Muncher or something

Now I see a Mr Fap! lol wtf..

Thought this place was meant to be family friendly, haha

My memory is Samsung. I think all Palits are Samsung memory.

My username has been the same since the day I signed up for the forums. Other people have made the major mistake of asking for a name change in GD which is basically putting themselves at the mercy of the rest of the forum plus our twisted mods.
