without the resolutionn quality you wont get a great shop.unless you put the hrs in.

First you need a really high res version of it to get something worth working on and printing.

Next step is restoration, remove all the marks, replace the missing part and sort the sky out are the obvious issues.

After that, then you can start on color and a decent job is going to take 3-6 hours.
