£2k Ryzen Workstation Build

I'm building a new workstation mainly for CAD and rendering software. From what I've read, Ryzen is the way to go. This is what I've thought up so far... Thoughts?

I'm not 100% sure about the memory or the power supply.

I've been off the building scene for a while... Haven't heard of these Super Flower PSUs. Are they rated quite highly?

Also, although it's not a build for prettiness, I did like the LED design of the Kraken. Any reason for the Corsair AIO?

The Corsair one has RGB fans too and is cheaper, the corsair logo on the pump might even illuminate too.

Superflower are top tier and make many PSU for others and most notably a fair few EVGA ones are Superflower inside.
