Incorrect. As has been pointed out before, what he actually said was:
"Part and parcel of living in a great, global city is you’ve got to be prepared for these things, you’ve got to be vigilant, you’ve got to support the police”.
People have been repeatedly misquoting him as saying that terror attacks are "part and parcel of living in a big city". Scorza did it yesterday in the thread about the mosque attack before it was closed. I pulled him up on it because I know for a fact someone has been already corrected him on it, so I wanted to know why he was deliberately misquoting Kahn again to make his point. But as usual when someone challenges him when he posts nonsense, he just ignored it and moved onto something else.
How you can say that advocating being vigilant, prepared and supporting the police is "submission", I don't know. If anything, it is basic common sense in a time when our society is facing threats such as these. But then you are famously capable of the most incredible mental gymnastics when interpreting things to suit your narrative.

We have the opposite problem - squirrels keep burying nuts in our garden. Every Spring one hundred and one different saplings sprout. Acorns were the nut of choice last year apparently...
