Drainage problem

Morning

My father's cellar has a damaged drain pipe which should be covered by building insurance . If we have to sort it out ourselves which drainage company would you recommend as some can be cowboys from what i have seen.

I know folk that work here and the wider group has some substantial frameworks with water companies like Thames Water etc.

When my outside drain got blocked Thames Water sent out Lanes. Did a good job and very professional.
