New PC, Old Power Cable

Hi - I have a new PC, but the cable supplied is too short. Should it be okay to connect my old power cable to the PSU?

They're both standard 3-pin. The old one has 10/250 embossed on it, the new one 10A/250V - so I'm assuming it's fine.

I think my old PSU is 350W. The new one is 500W.

If you're talking about standard 3-pin kettle leads, then yeah that's fine.
